A group of Indian real estate developers visit Bilbao to see, among other things, the Zorrotzaurre urban transformation project

A group of Indian real estate developers visited Bilbao for two days this week, to see for themselves, the development projects undertaken in recent years.

The group of 51 top managers of companies belonging to the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of the City of Pune (CREDAI) met with architects’ studios and local companies in Bizkaia to explore new business opportunities.

On the Monday morning, the Director of the Management Commission, Pablo Otaola, had a working session to analyse the different urban aspects of the Zorrotzaurre project followed by a visit to the Zorrotzaurre peninsula for them to be able to see, for themselves, the level of development of the renewal plan.
